The staff were friendly and welcoming. The complimentary shuttle to Sorrento was convenient, allowing us to explore the area easily. the lifts were out of order during our stay, which was quite inconvenient, especially being on the 5th floor.

Enjoyed in-room breakfast with a gorgeous view. the coffee was disappointing.

The room we had was spacious but felt a bit outdated. The decor was a little tired, but the views from the balcony were beautiful, looking out over the mountains and the ocean. There were nice touches like robes and slippers provided. It was clean, and the air conditioning worked really well, which was a plus. the comfort was decent, though it could definitely use a refresh.

The room had a panoramic view of the coastline ( fine! ) And breakfast was consistently good with lots of options. Staff were helpful and the pool area was well-maintained and inviting.

The hotel arranged a fine scooter rental for zipping around the Amalfi coast, which was a highlight of our visit with my father. The views were fantastic, especially from our room with a lovely balcony! The staff really stood out.

My kids wished there were more family activities available.

We had breathtaking views from our room overlooking Sorrento bay, which made our mornings exceptional. The pool area was great for relaxation after a day of exploring, and the evening dining options provided a lovely variety. I also appreciated the frequent shuttle service to Sorrento, making our excursions hassle-free.

The jacuzzi facilities were unfortunately not available during our stay.

i recently had a fantastic stay in sant'agnello, and the hotel exceeded all my expectations. the views from my room overlooking the ocean and mountains were simply stunning, and the pool area provided a great spot to relax. dining was a treat with a variety of delicious options available, making it perfect for a couple's getaway.

Had a great time with friends here! The suite with the sea view was fantastic. We enjoyed renting scooters to explore the Amalfi coast and took a boat trip to Capri. The shuttle to Sorrento made it easy to visit. The food was varied and decent.

The only downside was the shower room situation on our last day. it was a bit awkward to change in a communal space accessed by anyone.
